Hello and welcome!I am an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister with a Master of Social Work degree and more than 20 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and communities in a wide variety of settings.I am passionate about meaningful connection, community building, personal and spiritual growth, and tending the hurting places in our own lives and in our communities.I find joy in my family, as well as in nature, sports, reading, and in all of my learning, unlearning, and growing along the way.

A safe and confidential space to reflect, discern, heal, and explore what matters most, with compassionate accompaniment through seasons of change, challenge, grief, and growth.
Hearthside
A community of practice where those who hold others are held.
For leaders and caregivers, a weekly group to step out of the noise, reconnect with yourself and others, and cultivate greater groundedness, connection, and hope.
Consulting and Facilitation
Support for groups and organizations including navigating conflict, community building activities and retreats, strategic planning, and constructive decision-making.
